Preventative Skincare for Anti-Aging: How to start Early and Stay Youthful

While it is impossible to stop the clock entirely, you can significantly slow down the signs of aging with the right skincare routine. By starting early and incorporating preventative measures, you’ll not only be able to preserve your skin’s youthful appearance longer, but also improve its overall health. Here’s how to approach preventative skincare for anti-aging!
1. Start with Sun Protection
The sun is the number one cause of premature aging, leading to wrinkles, fine lines, dark spots, and a loss of skin elasticity.
